摘 要:目的探讨在血液制备时,采用2种不同的血液装杯方法对离心破损的影响。方法用足量采集的全血,采用不同装杯方法进行正确离心,比较血袋破损的比例。结果传统装杯方法离心的破损率为0.11%,新型装杯方法离心破损率为0.006%,且悬浮红细胞质量抽检所有项目合格率均为100%。结论使用新型装杯方法制备和离心,能有效避免血液破损现象发生,能杜绝因离心破损而导致的血液资源的浪费和经济损失,确保制备的血液质量,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of using two different cup methods of whole blood on the centrifugal damage of blood bag. Methods Centrifugations were carried out on sufficiently collected whole blood which were centrifuged with different cup methods. The proportions of the blood bag breakage were calculated and compared. Results The breakage rate of the cup by traditional preparation method was 0. 11%. The breakage rate of the new cup method was 0. 006%. Red blood cells in suspension had an 100% successful rate on their quality. Conclusion The use of new cup method of blood preparation can effectively decrease the damage in blood bag,which can also prevent the waste of blood resource and economic losses caused by centrifugal damage. The new cup method can ensure the quality of blood during preparation,thus,it is worthy of promotion and application.
