摘  要:目的通过分析本院2012-2013年用血情况及输血不良反应发生的概率,探讨输血不良反应的原因及有效地减少不良反应发生的方法。方法统计2012-2013年的用血量,对输血不良反应进行统计分析。结果 2年内共有12 721人次输注血制品,发生输血不良反应的有43例,输血不良反应发生率为0.338%。输注红细胞制品、冰冻血浆、机器单采浓缩血小板悬液、冷沉淀凝血因子的人次分别为6 696人次、5 319人次、494人次、212人次。红细胞制品、冰冻血浆和机器单采浓缩血小板悬液引起不良反应率分别为0.49%、0.15%、0.40%。结论输血是把双刃剑,要严格把握输血指征,加强临床输血过程的监控,尽量避免输血不良反应的发生。Objective To explore causes of transfusion adverse reactions and methods of reducing adverse reactions effectively through analyzing occurrences of blood transfusion and adverse reactions' probability of hospital from 2012 to 2013. Methods The number of transfusion of Hospital from 2012 to 2013 was estimated. A statistical analysis was conducted on the adverse reactions from blood transfusion. Results The total cases of transfusing preparation blood were 12 721 within the two years. The number of cases of transfusion adverse reactions that occurred were 43. The probability of adverse reac- tions due to blood transfusion was 0.338%. The number of cases of red blood cell preparation transfusion were 6 696, frozen plasma 5319, machine-apheresis platelet concentrates suspension 494, and cryo-agglutinin 212. The rate of adverse reactions from transfusion of red cells was 0.49%, frozen plasma 0.15%, and maehine-apheresis platelet concentrates suspension 0. 40%. Conclusion Blood transfusion is a double-edged sword. Indicators for transfusion should be strictly controlled. Moni- toring of clinical transfusion process should be strengthened in order to try to avoid the occurrence of transfusion adverse reac- tions .
