摘  要:目的探讨品管圈活动在降低血液报废率中的应用及效果。方法应用品管圈的流程与方法对血液质量进行持续改进,对采供血环节中的血液报废进行原因分析,制定相应的措施及持续改进计划。结果有形成果,通过品管圈活动,在采供血环节中血液报废率由干预前的5.77%下降至2.73%,血液报废率明显下降;无形成果,使大家的工作积极性、责任心、自信心以及团队沟通协调能力、凝聚力和分析解决问题的能力都有了明显的提高。结论采用品管圈活动能有效降低采供血环节中的血液报废率,不断提高血液质量,保障临床用血安全。Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control cycle in decreasing the scrap rate of blood production. Methods The process and methods of quality control circle were conducted in order to continuously improve the quality of blood products. The causes for blood scrap during blood collection and supply were analyzed, in order to develop appropriate measures and continuous improvement programs. Results The scrap rate of blood production notably decreased from 5.77% to 2.73% after the application of the quality control cycle. On the other hand, The staff's performance remarkably improved, including an increase sense of enthusiasm, responsibility, self - confidence, communication and coordination, and solving problems. Conclusion The application of the quality control cycle can remarkably decrease the scrap rate of blood production during blood collection or supply and continuously improve the quality of blood products, thus ensuring the clinical blood safety.
