摘　　要：卵巢早衰(POF)引起的低雌激素水平和生育力丧失,严重影响育龄期妇女的身心健康。对患者进行必要的筛查,及早发现和诊断,从心理上、症状上及生育力管理上三个方面综合处理POF患者,减轻患者的精神负担,缓解围绝经期症状,降低远期骨质疏松,心血管疾病的发生风险,为患者及时争取妊娠机会,解决生育需求。文章就该病的诊断和处理作一阐述,为临床医师正确识别诊断POF患者并尽早给予相关处理提供帮助。The loss of fertility and low level of estrogen caused by premature ovarian failure（POF） have severely affected reproductive health and life quality among women of child-bearing age.To alleviate menopausal symptoms, reduce mental burden and lower the risk of long-term complications,such as osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease,the screening and diagnosis and comprehensive management should be launched among POE patients as soon as possible. The review on diagnosis and treatment will help us to deal with POF patients correctly and appropriately.
