摘 要:利用全尾砂、粉煤灰、水泥作为充填材料进行了胶结充填试验,并对粉煤灰在充填料浆中的水化机理进行了探讨。结果表明,利用水泥、粉煤灰、全尾砂材料制备充填体进行无压充填时,料浆浓度以70%为宜,质量比控制水泥∶粉煤灰∶全尾砂为1∶2∶6,再添加适量的发泡剂泡沫,其抗压强度可以满足矿山企业的充填要求;在充填料浆中添加粉煤灰,不仅可以提高充填体的强度,同时可以降低充填成本,具有良好的综合效益。这些结论为矿山企业进一步进行生产试验提供了可靠的科学依据。In view of the nation's present situation of low utilization rate of tailings, a large quantity of hard - to - dispose tailings and the environmental pollution caused by fly ash emission in the open air, this paper studies the cemented filling experiments with whole railings, fly ash, and cement as filling materials, and explores the hydration mechanism of fly ash in filling pulp. Results show that slurry concentration is appropriate in 70% when fillings are prepared with cement, fly ash, and full tailings to make the pressure-free filling; when the quality ratio is kept as 1:2:6 for cement: fly ash: full tailings, with the addition of appropriate amount of foaming agent bubble, the compressive strength can meet the filling requirements of mining enterprises. Fly ash added in the filling slurry, will not only improve the strength of filling body, but also reduce the filling cost, to achieve desirable comprehensive benefits. These conclu- sions provide a reliable scientific basis for mine enterprises' further production test.
