摘 要:在新交通法规的背景下,为了得到新的绿灯间隔配时计算方法,对黄灯配时准则和全红时间计算公式分别进行了探讨。对禁止闯黄灯的规定提出了改善意见和措施,并提出了不同限速条件下的黄灯配时准则。建立了基于车流轨迹的全红时间配时模型,并针对高峰时大的车流量和平峰时少的车流量提出了不同的全红时间计算公式。利用本文得出的黄灯配时准则和全红时间计算公式,以西安市小寨东路与翠华路十字交叉口为例,计算出新的绿灯间隔时间,并运用Synchro软件对交叉口绿灯间隔时间的现状设置和本文得出的设置进行测评和对比分析,发现利用本文的计算方法设置绿灯间隔时间后,该交叉口延误率降低。With the new traffic laws as the background, the yellow light timing and full red time calculation formula are discussed respectively in this paper in order to get the new green light interval timing calculation method. Improvement and measures are given for the banning of yellow light running and the standards of yellow light timing under different speed limits are also put forward. Full red time timing model based on traffic track is established and different full red time calculation formulas are presented for large vehicle flow in rush hours and small vehicle flow in regular hours. Taking the intersection of East Xiaozhai Road and Cuihua Road in Xi'an as the example, this paper works out the new green light intervals with the above acquired standards and formulas. Synchro software has been used to make evaluation and comparative analyses between the actual green interval setting and the calculated setting about this intersection. Results show that the intersection delay rate is reduced after using the calculation method of this paper.
