摘  要:荧光粉作为新兴的发光材料,在科研、商业、民用等领域应用广泛,已经深入到了社会的方方面面,极大地方便了我们的生活。荧光粉的制备方法经过几十年的发展,也呈现出百花齐放的势态,各种高效的制备方法不断被创造出来,旧的制备方法被革新。就近年来出现的荧光粉常用的各种制备方法如高温固相合成法,溶胶-凝胶法等方法进行了总结,比较它们之间的优缺点,以及工业化程度。As a new light-emitting material, phosphor is widely used in scientific research, commercial, civil and other areas of application, and is already deeply used in all aspects of society, which greatly facilitates our lives. After decades of development, preparation of phosphor is showing a flourishing state of affairs, a variety of efficient method for preparing constantly are created, the old method of preparation is innovation. Various phosphors preparation methods appeared in recent years, such as high-temperature solid-phase synthesis, microwave synthesis, sol-gel method, co- precipitation method, combustion method, were summarized, the advantages and disadvantages between them, the possibility of large-scale industrial production were compared.
