摘 要:以石蜡为原料,经乙酰丙酮钴催化氧化后皂化合成粗产品,再经减压蒸馏步骤对粗产品进行进一步提纯,最终得到目标产物——高碳醇。实验确定了最佳反应条件:氧化时间为5 h,氧化温度为155℃,催化剂用量1.5%(以石蜡质量为参考),搅拌速率150 r/min,皂化温度75℃,皂化时间1.5 h,氢氧化钠质量分数为5%。IR结果表明:所制备产物的官能团结构与设计的目标产物相符。对最佳条件下的产物进行酸值检测,其酸值为0.2。最佳条件下的产品收率为11.46%。Using the Cobalt( Ⅲ ) acetylacetonate catalytic oxidation and saponification with paraffin wax as raw material, removed the solvent under reduced pressure, and the resulting solid after vaccum distillation the higher alcohol was synthesized. The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows: oxidation time was 5 h, oxidation temperature was 155℃, catalyst quantity was 1.5% based on paraffin wax, stirring rate was 150 r/min, saponification temperature was 75℃, saponification time was 1.5 h, the mass fraction of NaOH was 5 %. The infrared analysis showed that the molecular functional group of the preparation products matched with the designing target. Under the optimum conditions, the product acid vallue was 0.2 and the product yield was 11.46%.
