摘　　要：新疆分散污水处理技术的应用推广需要在合理借鉴现有技术的基础上,结合当地的污水水量、水质特点、气候条件、生活习惯、回用目的、经济水平等因素综合确定排放标准、选择工艺。在工艺筛选和设计参数选用中需要进行科学论证,结合当地实际确定原水设计水量,水质指标.在技术及建设管理方面需要政府出台相关的法规及技术指导文件等来规范该行业,使我区污水处理事业能发挥其应有效能。The application and promotion of treatment of decentralized wastewater technology in Xinjiang needs to combine with the local sewage water, water quality characteristics, climatic conditions, living habits, reuse purposes, economic level and other factors to determine emission standards, and the selection process based on reasonable using of existing technology. The process of screening and selection of design parameters need for scientific proof, combine with local conditions to determine the design content of raw water and water quality index. The aspect of technology and construction management needs the government to issue the relevant regulations and technical guidance documents to regulate the industry, so that the sewage treatment industry in our region can nlav its due performance.
