摘  要:为了研究弱毒双核丝核菌是否能产生有利于植物生长的激素类物质,采用HPLC法测定并比较5株弱毒双核丝核菌产生的植物激素含量。结果表明:5株弱毒双核丝核菌菌丝和发酵液中均含有一定量的玉米素(Z)、玉米素核苷(ZR)、赤霉素(GA3)和吲哚乙酸(IAA),且发酵液中激素质量浓度高于菌丝质量浓度。5株菌中属于双核丝核菌有性态Ceratobasidium spp.菌丝融合群P(AG-P)中的一个菌株AG-P:X-4-5-1,其菌丝和发酵液中的玉米素(Z)、玉米素核苷(ZR)、赤霉素(GA3)的质量浓度均是最高的,吲哚乙酸(IAA)的质量浓度也较高。菌丝融合群L(AG-L)中BS-YT-06-8的赤霉素(GA3)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)的质量浓度最低。可见,弱毒双核丝核菌能产生植物激素,为弱毒双核丝核菌激素的开发利用提供了依据。In order to study whether the weak pathogenic isolates of binucleate Rhizoctonia spp. can produce hormone that promote the growth of plants, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine and compare the level of plant hormone produced by five weak pathogenic iso- lates of binucleate Rhizoctonia spp. The results showed that both mycelium and fermentation liquid of five isolates contained different ratios of zeatin ( Z), zeatin riboside ( ZR), gibberellin ( GA3 ), and indole acetic acid (IAA), but hormone levels in fermentation liquid were higher than that in the myce- lium. The Z, ZR and GA3 contents of mycelium and fermentation liquid of isolate X-4-5-1 belonging to binucleate Ceratobasidium spp. anastomosis group P (AG-P) was the highest, and the content of IAA was also higher. The GA3 and IAA contents in BS-YT-06-8 belonging to AG-L were the lowest. It is showed that weak pathogenic isolates of binucleate Rhizoctonia spp. can produce plant hormones, which provides the basis of hormonal characteristics for development and utilization.
