摘  要:为确定黑龙江省某水貂养殖场病死水貂的病原菌,从发病水貂肾中分离到1株细菌并命名为Gny-Sc,根据其形态特征、培养特性、生化试验及16S rRNA分子鉴定结果确定该菌为科氏葡萄球菌。随后对该分离菌进行了动物致病试验、药敏试验和系统发育分析。结果显示,该菌可引起试验组小白鼠100%死亡;对33种常用抗菌药物,该分离菌对喹诺酮类和氨基糖苷类抗生素高度敏感,对林可胺类、酰胺醇类、多肽类和大环内酯类抗生素中度敏感,对磺胺类、四环素类和香豆素类抗生素耐药。该分离株与源自中国发酵乳制品、西班牙的甜樱桃提取物、中国海水、印度海水、葡萄牙碱性地下水、阿尔及利亚牛源和美国人源科氏葡萄球菌分离株的亲缘关系最近,同源性高达100%。本试验结果提示科氏葡萄球菌具有比以往认为的更广泛的宿主范围。In order to determine the pathogenic bacteria in a mink-farm of Zhaodong of Heilongjiang Province,a strain, named as Gny-sc, was isolated from the kidney of dead mink. We identified the strain as Staphylococcus cohnii based on its colony morphology, microscopic characteristics, biochemical test and 16S rRNA molecular biological experiments. Also the virulence assay,drug sensitive test and phylogenetic analysis were studied. The results showed that the isolate can cause 100% death of the experimental group of mice. The result of resistance test to 33 drugs showed that the bacterium was highly sensitive to quinolone antibiotics and aminoglycosides antibiotics, moderately sensitive to lincosamide antibiotics, amide alcohols antibiotics and polypeptide antibiotics, and resistant to sulfonamides antibiotics, tetracyclines antibiotics and coumarin antibiotics, respectively. 16S rRNA sequence analysis showed that the strain has a 100% homology to isolates from Chinese fermented dairy products, Spanish Prunus avium, Chinese marine water, Indian marine water, Portuguese alkaline groundwater, Algerian cattle and American people. Our results suggest that S. cohnii has a wider host range than originally expected.
