摘  要:利用含有不饱合双键的丙烯酸树脂和氨基硅烷的迈克尔加成反应,以及聚硅氧烷和氨基硅烷的水解缩聚反应,研制出一种丙烯酸聚硅氧烷树脂,探讨了丙烯酸树脂的种类以及与聚硅氧烷比例、固化剂和催化剂的种类及用量对涂层综合性能的影响。在此基础上引入颜填料及助剂等制备了丙烯酸聚硅氧烷涂料,具有高固低黏以及优异的机械性能、防腐性能和耐老化性能,同时施工VOC极低,符合新环保法规的要求。A kind of acrylic polysiloxane coating was prepared by Michael addition reaction between acrylic resin with double bond and amino silane as well as the hydrolysis condensation reaction of polysiloxane and amino silane. The influence of the kinds of acrylic resin, the ratio between acrylic resin and polysiloxane, the kinds and dosage of curing agent and catalyst on coating performance was discussed. On this basis, pigment, filler and auxiliaries were introduced to prepare acrylic polysiloxane coating, which presented high solid content and low viscosity, as well as excellent mechanical property, anti-corrosion property and ageing-resistant property. Meanwhile, VOC discharge was very low in practical application, thereby meeting the demands of new environmental regulations.
