摘　　要：以一条年产能为40万台的涂装工厂生产线为例,结合生产实践,从工艺、软件和基础管理等多方面,对现代化涂装工厂的生产管理进行了阐述和探讨。Taking a coating factory production line with annual capacity of 400 thousands vehicles for example, the production management of modern coating factory in the aspects of technology, software and infrastructure was described and discussed combining with the production practice.
