摘 要:由于国外电站特殊腐蚀防护的需要,水轮机零部件座环、蜗壳、顶盖等需要采取热喷锌加涂漆系统组成复合防护保护层。根据一般涂漆系统对金属基体表面粗糙度在40—75μm范围内的要求,在确定采取电弧喷锌工艺前提下,通过比较不同电压条件下获得锌涂层的表面粗糙度,再加上附着强度检验和烧损率的分析,获得最佳电弧喷锌工艺参数。在此基础上,“电弧喷锌+环氧漆复合工艺保护系统”在产品上成功实施。Electric arc Zn spraying coating system was needed to form composite protective layer in water turbine parts including socket ring, volute and header to meet the demand of special anti-corrosion protection of foreign power plant. According to the painting requirement of surface roughness around 40-75μm in metallic matrix, the optimal parameters in electric arc Zn spraying was obtained by ensuring the arc spraying Zn process, comparing the surface roughness of Zn coating at different voltage and analyzing the strength test and burning loss rate. On this basis, electric arc Zn spraying and epoxy coating composite protection system was successfully achieved in product.
