摘　　要：在复杂的工厂环境中,装置控制室需要实时了解被控电机等用电设备的运行状态,同时控制室发出的控制指令信号也需要做储存记录。针对以上需求,该文介绍了一种基于ARM9硬件平台和嵌入式Linux操作系统的远程监控系统。系统以嵌入式控制器为核心,采用基于Modbus协议的以太网进行通讯,硬件主要应用以太网交换机、485通讯管理机等智能通讯模块和RS485输入输出采集模块STC-101对状态信号进行采集。通过RS485串行通讯或以太网传输给嵌入式主控制器进行显示、储存并传送回装置控制室上位机显示。从而在控制室就可以实时了解其设备运行状态,也为以后的故障查询提供重要依据。In the complex environment of plant,we need to monitor the electronic equipments such as controlled motor in real-time,and to record all the control instructions from the control room. Thus,the design of remote monitoring system based on ARM9 and embedded Linux operating system is proposed in this paper. The system adopts Modbus-based Ethernet as communications protocol. Its hardware platform mainly contains Ethernet switches,485 communication management PC,some intelligent communication modules. The status signals of the electronic devices are acquired by the acquisition modules STC-101 and are transmitted to the main controller via the Ethernet or RS485 serial bus, for displaying,data recording,and etc. With the system,we can monitor the status of the running equipments in the control room. The record of the monitoring data provides an important basis for future query of fault.
