摘 要:针对电力行业燃煤烟气三种主流除尘设施电除尘器、袋式除尘器、电袋复合除尘器,研究了其运行过程中主要组件的能源消耗规律及数据监测方法,提出了除尘设施能耗比对的2个参数,即用电率和比电耗。监测数据和统计表明,同级别机组电除尘能耗低于袋式除尘和电袋复合除尘,比电耗随机组容量变化梯度变化值不显著,除尘设施电源侧技术改进有助于降低除尘设施能耗。It studies the energy consumption of the power industyr law f rom flue gas dust removal facilities during the operation of the mainstream of the major components and data monitoring methods.It raises two parame-ters dust removal facilities energy alignments that electricity rates and specific power consumption.Monitoring data and statistics show that ESP power consumption is lower than the bag dust removal facilities and electrical facilities bags composite dust removal facilities, specific power consumption with the random group capacity gra-dient values do not change significantly.Improved dust removal facilities in high -frequency, three -phase power technology helps reduce dust removal facilities energy consumption.
