包皮环切术联合阴茎背神经选择性离断术治疗原发性早泄临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过包皮环切术联合阴茎背神经选择性离断术治疗原发性早泄50例疗效观察。方法:本组选择门诊早泄合并包皮过长50例患者同时行包皮环切术、阴茎背神经离断术,观察手术前后患者射精潜伏期、性生活满意度及妻子性生活满意度变化情况。结果:50例患者术前平均阴道内射精潜伏时间和性交满意度分别为(1.09±0.49)min和(20.50±7.44)%,术后平均射精潜伏期和性交满意度分别为(4.99±2.70)min和(40.20±12.41)%,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:包皮环切术联合阴茎背神经离断术对原发性早泄是一种有效的治疗方法,适用于包皮过长合并早泄的患者。Objective： To investigate the effect of circumcision and selective resection of the dorsal pe nile nerve on the ejaculatory latency of patients with premature ejaculation （PE）. Methods： 50 out- patients received circumcision and selective resection of the dorsal penile nerve for treating PE. Af ter operation, the patients were instructed to record the intravagina ejaculation latency and the sat isfaction degree of intercourse before and after operation. Results： Of the 50 cases, the average e-jaeulation latency and the coitus satisfaction degree are（1.09±0.49）min and （20.50±7.44）%, re spectively before operation and （4.99±2.70）min and （40.20±12.41）% respectively after opera tion, the diffence was statisfical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Circumcision and selective re section of the dorsal penile nerve is an effective treatment on premature ejaculation. It is suitable for the treatment of patients with prepuce complicated with premature ejaculation.
