摘　　要：自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)是由自身免疫系统介导的特殊类型的慢性胰腺炎,主要的特征是胰腺肿大、胰管不规则狭窄并伴有胆管狭窄,临床分为1型和2型,临床上主要通过血清学、影像学和组织学进行诊断,并主要使用类固醇,如糖皮质激素治疗。为加深临床医生对AIP的认识程度,现对AIP的基本情况及诊疗方法进行综述。Autoimmune pancreatitis （AIP） is mediated by the immune system of special type of chro nic pancreatitis. It is mainly characterized by the swelling pancreas, irregular stenosis accompanied by bile duct stricture. AIP can be divided into type 1 and type 2. Serological, radiographic and his tologic technologies are the main methods to diagnose it, and it is mainly treated with steroids, such as glueocorticoid treatment in clinical practices. In order to deepen the understanding of the clinician to AIP, the article reviews the basic situations of AIP, and its diagnosis and treatment methods.
