人流术后月经异常的中医药研究进展

摘　　要：月经异常是人流术后常见的并发症,"肾虚血瘀"是其主要的病机。笔者综述了人流术后月经异常的病因病机,并从辨证治疗、周期治疗及针灸经络治疗等方面综述了中医药治疗人流术后月经异常的治疗进展。认为中医强调从整体出发,辨病与辨证相结合治疗该类病变疗效良好。Menstruation is a common complications after artificial abortion, blood stasis syndrome＂ is the main pathogenesis. This article reviews the of abnormal menstruation after abortion, and also ＂deficiency of kidney and etiology and pathogenesis treatment progress of abnormal menstruation af ter abortion with TCM in terms of the dialectical treatment, cycles of treatment and the acupunc ture treatment of the collateral channels. The TCM theory insists that the treatment of abnormal menstruation should start from the overall treatment, and the combination of disease differentiation with the dialectical treatment. Only in this way, good curative effect can be obtained.
