摘　　要：常州市开展职工、居民大病保险两年多来,由于商业保险公司缺乏相应的管理经验,大病保险实际管理职能还在社保经办机构。同时,对基金的使用效率和面临的风险需予以高度重视。建议:探索大病保险多元化筹资机制,提高商业保险公司参与经办管理的积极性,细化优化基金监管措施。The serious illness insurance for workers and urban residents has been carried out in Changzhou for two years, however,for lacking management experience, the management function is still executed by the agencies of social insurance. Meanwhile, a great attention should be paid to the effectiveness of and potential risk in insurance funding using. It is suggested that we should explore multiple channels to raise insurance fund, encourage commercial insurance companies participating in fund management, and make the fund monitoring methods to be more meticulous.
