摘　　要：本文通过分析北京市顺义区2009-2014年定点医疗机构医疗费用情况和就医结构,探讨建立科学有效的付费机制和完善的监管体系,并在实现医保基金的收支平衡,实现可持续发展方面提出了建议。By analyzing the health expenditure and patients construction of the designated health facilities in Beijing Shunyi district during the year of 2009 to 2014, this article explored the establishment of a scientific and effective payment mechanism and improved supervision system in our district, and put forward some suggestions for maintaining insurance fund balance and its sustainable development.
