摘　　要：日本长期照护保险制度的实施对其社会事业产生了广泛的积极影响,在服务管理、需求选择与供给资源配置、融资风险分担机制等方面取得的成功经验,为我国长期照护保险制度的构建提供了有益借鉴。In Japan, the implementation of the long-term care insurance system has positive effects on its social affairs. The successful experience in services management, demands selections, resource allocation and supply, and financing risk sharing mechanism will provide useful references for the construction of our long-term care insurance system in China.
