摘 要:目的:探讨血液标本采集对ICU住院患者生化检验结果的影响。方法:选择2014年1月-2015年1月本院ICU住院患者300例作为研究对象,分别从不同采血部位、不同采血时间及是否使用促凝管方面对检验指标进行对比分析。结果:输液同侧总胆红素、总蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均显著低于输液另侧,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输液同侧与输液另侧谷丙转氨酶、钾浓度、钠浓度、钙浓度、低密度脂蛋白比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。输液后2 h钾、钠浓度均显著高于输液后半小时(P<0.05)。输液后半小时和输液后2 h总胆红素、总蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酐、钙浓度、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用EDTA-K2抗凝管钙浓度显著低于采用促凝管检验结果,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),采用促凝管和采用EDTA-K2抗凝管总胆红素、总蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酐、钾浓度、钠浓度、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血液生化检验需注重采血部位、采血时间。除钙浓度外,采用EDTA-K2抗凝管不影响生化检验结果。Objective: To investigate the influence of blood samples collection on the results of biochemical detection in ICU patients.Method: 300 patients in the ICU of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects.The laboratory test parameters of different blood collecting locations, different collection time and whether using pro- coagulation or not were compared and analyzed.Result: The TBil, TP, BUN, Cr, TC and TG of the same side With the infusion were significantly lower than those of the other side, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .There were no significant differences in ALT, K~, Na~, Ca~ and LDL of the two sides ( P〉0.05 ) .K+ and Na+ of two hours after infusion were significantly higher than those of half an hour after infusion, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .There were no significant differences in TBil, TP, ALT, BUN, Cr, Ca2+, TC, TG and LDL of the different time ( P〉0.05 ) . Ca2+ of EDTA-K2 tube was significantly lower than that of pro-coagulation tube, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . There were no significant differences in TBil, TP, ALT, BUN, Cr, K+, Na+, TC, TG and LDL of the two kinds of tubes ( P〉0.05 ) . Conclusion: Blood collecting location and time have an effect on the results of biochemical detection.Using EDTA-K2 tubes for collecting blood samples has no effect on the results of biochemical detection except Ca2+.
