利百素预防化疗静脉炎的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察利百素涂抹外周血管对预防化疗静脉炎及静脉色素沉着的效果。方法:选择2013年10月-2014年6月本院收治的外周静脉化疗患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组50例,试验组从静脉化疗第1天开始予穿刺局部沿静脉走向涂抹利百素,对照组静脉化疗出现静脉炎后再予涂抹利百素,观察比较患者穿刺局部及静脉走向的外观及受损情况,对两组患者用药相关情况进行问卷调查。结果:试验组第1及第4疗程结束后,静脉炎及色素沉着发生情况均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);多数患者认为使用利百素可减轻其用化疗药期间的不适,患者对其接受程度较高。结论:化疗前预防性应用利百素优于静脉炎发生后用药,预防性用药对保护血管有明显的效果,利百素具有费用低、效果好、易被患者接受的特点。Objective： To explore the effects of Compound Aescin Gel in the prevention of phlebitis and intravenous pigmentation caused by chemotherapy.Method： 100 patients with systemic venous chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, with each group 50 patients.The experiment group was given Compound Aescin Gel to smear the skin of puncture site along with the corresponding drainage vein from the first day of intravenous chemotherapy.The control group was given Compound Aescin Gel to smear the skin after the appearance of chemotherapeutic phlebitis.The appearance and damaged condition of the puncture site and drainage vein were observed and compared.Result： After the first and fourth courses of treatment, the occurrence of phlebitis and intravenous pigmentation in the experiment group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.001 ） .Most patients thought that Compound Aescin Gel could reduce the uncomfortable caused by chemotherapy and they preferred to accept this drug.Questionnaire surveys were given to the patients to know their experiences. Conclusion： Using Compound Aescin Gel before the administration of chemotherapy is superior to using it until the occurrence of phlebitis.Prophylactic application has protective effects on blood vessels.Compound Aescin Gel has the features of low cost and good effect, it is easy to be accept by the patients.
