摘  要:采用质量损失法、动电位极化和电化学阻抗法研究了在0.2 mol/L Na Cl溶液中不同浸泡时间及温度条件下HCO-3对X80管线钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在Na Cl溶液中,随着腐蚀时间的增加,X80管线钢自腐蚀电流密度的变化趋势为快速增大→急剧减小→缓慢增大,HCO-3对X80管线钢的腐蚀作用由抑制转为促进,钢基体表面以全面腐蚀为主转为以局部腐蚀为主;随着腐蚀温度的增加,X80钢腐蚀速率增大;X80管线钢的耐蚀性及腐蚀形态与试样表面生成的腐蚀产物膜的完整性和致密度有关。Influence of bicarbonate ions( HCO3- ) on corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel in 0.2 mol/L NaCI solution after difference duration and temperature immersion was investigated by means of mass loss method, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) , respectively. The results show that the corrosion current density of X80 pipeline steel presents a variational trend from rapid increase to sharp decrease, then to slow increase with the increase of corrosion time. The corrosion rate of the X80 pipeline steel first decreases and then increases when HCO3- is added in NaCl solution, this induces the change of corrosion morphology from general corrosion to localized corrosion. The corrosion rate of X80 pipeline steel increases with the increase of temperature, and the corrosion resistance and corrosion morphology of the pipeline steel samples are dependent on integrality and compactness of the corrosion product films.
