TGF-β1、U-Ⅱ在支气管哮喘患者中的表达及其相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、尾加压素-Ⅱ(U-Ⅱ)U-Ⅱ在支气管哮喘患者血清中的表达水平及其相关性。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测TGF-β1及放射免疫分析法测定U-Ⅱ放射免疫法测定45例支气管哮喘急性期患者和43例支气管哮喘缓解期患者及41例健康体检者血浆中的表达水平,并讨论二者的相关性。结果:支气管哮喘患者急性发作期、缓解期和健康对照组血浆的TGF-β1、U-Ⅱ的表达水平:健康对照组与支气管哮喘患者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);支气管哮喘患者急性期与缓解期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);支气管哮喘患者血浆中TGF-β1、U-Ⅱ的表达水平的相关性,呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1、U-Ⅱ对支气管哮喘的发生缓解有重要作用,可做为临床观察治疗的重要指标。Objective：To investigate the expression level in the serum of patients with bronchial asthma in TGF-β1,U-Ⅱ and their correlation.Methods：U-Ⅱ was measured by radioimmunoassay and TGF-β1 was measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA method in 45 patients with acute bronchial asthma,43 cases of bronchial asthma in remission period and 41 healthy subjects.The correlation between TGF-β1and U-Ⅱ was also analyzed.Results：There were significant differences in TGF-β1and U-Ⅱ between healthy subjects and bronchial asthma patients（P〈0.01）,and the differences between patients at acute stage and remission stage was also significant（P〈0.01）.TGF-β1was positively correlated with U-Ⅱ（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：TGF-β1and U-Ⅱ are important indicators for treatment of bronchial asthma.
