摘　　要：目的：观察老年高血压伴糖尿病患者血管功能状态及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统（RAAS）指标的变化情况。方法：选取2013年9月~2014年10月于本院进行诊治的50例老年高血压伴糖尿病患者为A组,同期的50例单纯高血压患者为B组,50例单纯糖尿病患者为C组,50名健康老年人为D组,比较4组研究对象的血管功能相关指标及RAAS指标,并比较A组中不同高血压分级患者检测结果。结果：A组的血管功能状态相关指标及RAAS指标均差于B组、C组及D组,B组及C组则差于D组,A组中不同高血压分级患者的检测结果之间也存在统计学差异（P均〈0.05）。结论：老年高血压伴糖尿病患者血管功能状态及RAAS指标的变化较大,其检测水平受两种疾病的影响均较大。Objective：To observe the change situation of vascular function state and RAAS indexes of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods：A total of 50 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from September 2013 to October 2014 were selected as group A,50 patients with only hypertension at the same time were selected as group B,50 patients with only diabetes mellitus were selected as group C,50 health elderly patients were the group D,then the vascular function related indexes and RAAS indexes of four groups were compared.Results：The vascular function state related indexes and RAAS indexes of group A were all worse than those of group B,group C and group D,the detection results of group B and group C were worse than those of group D,and the detection results of group A with different grades of hypertension all had significant differences too（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Elderly patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus show significant changes in vascular function state and RAAS indexes,and the detection result is significantly influenced by these diseases.
