摘　　要：肩峰下撞击综合征(SIS)是造成肩关节疼痛中较常见的一种疾病。其临床症状与肩关节周围炎、肩关节不稳、骨性关节炎等引起的肩关节慢性疼痛较难鉴别。近年来,随着影像学技术的快速发展和对肩关节疾病的深入研究,有许多新方法可以用来检测肩峰下撞击综合征。本文将基于影像的肩峰下撞击综合征的临床诊断技术进展进行综述,为临床医生和相关研究工作者提供参考。Subacromial impingement syndrome is a common clinical symptoms in shoulder pain. It is difticult to identity the clinical symptoms such as inflammation around the shoulder joint, shoulder instability, shoulder chronic pain caused by osteoar- thritis. In recent years, with the rapid development of imaging technology and in - depth research on the shoulder of the disease, there are many new methods that can be used to detect subacromial impingement syndrome. This article will do a review of progress in the diagnosis of subacromial impingement syndrome based on imaging and provide a reference for clinicians and research workers.
