摘　　要：作者结合医疗广告的现状,对违法医疗广告屡禁不止的根源进行了分析,并对如何整治违法医疗广告乱象提出了强化监管、建立多部门协同治理模式、加强宣传教育、及时修订相关法律法规等对策及建议。According to the current status of medical advertisement, this article analyzed the essential reasons of rampant illegal medical advertisement and put forward several suggestions on how to control illegal medical advertisement including strengthening supervision, building collaborative governance mode among different sectors, enhancing publicity and education and revising related laws and regulations.
