JCI标准下跨部门联合管理病区危化品的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的通过跨部门联合管理病区危化品,保障工作人员及病人安全。方法通过保卫科制定泼洒流程、定期培训,总务科专用柜及锁的安装,药学部确定医院危化品数量、品种、注意事项,院感科确定各危化品的有效期、备用泼洒急救箱内物品,护理部安排病区护士专人管理,5部门联合协作通过信息化手段管理危化品,并定期督查,达到安全、有效、有序的结果。结果建立一套本院特色的危化品管理流程,2014年抽查病区危化品管理达到100%管理要求,各病区护士对危化品的知识掌握度加强,没有发生相关不良事件。结论跨部门联合管理,对病区危化品的安全使用是有效手段和重要环节。Objective Through cross-sectoral joint management on ward dangerous chemicals, ensure the safety of security staffs and patients. Methods The security section developed spilling process and carried out regular training. General affairs section installed dedicated cabinet and lock. Pharmacy section determined the number, variety and precautions of hospital dangerous chemicals. Hospital infection-control section confirmed the expiry date of dangerous chemicals and back-up spilling articles in first aid box. Nursing department arranged nurse management in wards. Five departments cooperated and managed dangerous chemicals by means of informatization, and took regular supervision so as to achieve safe, effective and orderly outcome.Results A dangerous chemicals management process with hospital characteristics was established. In 2014, the management of dangerous chemicals met management requirements and the knowledge level of dangerous chemicals of ward nurses was strengthened. No relevant adverse events occurred.Conclusion Cross-sectoral joint management is an effective means and important part for the safe use of dangerous chemicals.
