摘 要:目的探讨APN连续排班在新生儿科护士人力资源管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院新生儿科12名护士为研究对象,对该组护士实行APN连续排班,主要方法有:层级分工→层级培训和考核→人员配置→APN连续排班,比较该排班前后护士拖班现象、工作压力、心理状态及满意度的变化。结果 APN连续排班后,护士在周一到周五以及周六到周日不存在拖班现象,好于排班前。护士的工作压力评分低于排班前,工作压力程度轻于排班前,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于排班前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士在休息时间、人际关系、工作压力和安全感等方面的工作满意度高于排班前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 APN连续排班能够减少护士的拖班现象,降低护士工作压力,提高护理人员的工作满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of APN continuous shift on the management of nurses in neonatal department.Methods 12 nurses in neonatal department in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were given APN continuous shift. Main measures included division of labor by hierarchy, training and assessment by hierarchy, personnel allocation and APN continuous shift. Compared the change of procrastination at work, work pressure, mental state and satisfaction before and after the scheduling.Results There were no procrastination at work after APN continuous shift, which was better than before. The work pressure score was lower than before. So were work pressure degree, anxiety and depression score with significant statistical diference (P〈0.05). Nurses' satisfaction in terms of rest time, interpersonal relationship, work pressure and sense of security was higher than before with significant statistical difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion APN continuous shift can reduce procrastination at work, reduce nurses' work pressure and improve their job satisfaction.
