指纹考勤在医院精细化管理中的应用

摘　　要：为提高医院精细化管理水平,提升考勤管理质量和效率,完善外包服务人员管理,我院探索将指纹考勤用于现代医院管理;同时,基于OA系统建立网上请假平台可以规范员工请假管理。指纹考勤结合网上请假可以自动生成考勤信息,从而降低了医院管理成本,营造更加公平、有序的工作环境。指纹考勤项目的顺利实施,制度是基础、系统是关键、团队合作是保障,应遵循先试点后推广的原则、逐步优化调整,还要与医院文化建设有机结合。To improve hospital refined management, the quality and efficiency of attendance management and outsourcing services management, our hospital explored the application of fingerprint attendance in modern hospital management. Meanwhile, we established ask-for-leave online platform which is based on the OA system to regulate employee leave management. Fingerprint attendance and ask-for-leave online can automatically generate attendance information, which will reduce hospital management costs, create a more fair and orderly working environment. The smooth implementation of fingerprint attendance is based on institution, system as well as team cooperation. It should conduct pilot projects and be gradually optimized before widely promoted. It should also be combined with hospital culture construction.
