欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的疗效。方法选取我院妇产科2011年3月~2015年3月收治的84例剖宫产分娩的前置胎盘产妇进行研究,分为联合组与填纱组,填纱组产妇仅采用宫腔填纱术治疗,联合组产妇联合欣母沛治疗,比较两组的止血效果。结果联合组产妇治疗后2 h、2 h^24 h的出血量明显低于填纱组;联合组产妇的止血时间短于填纱组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣母沛联合宫腔填纱术治疗前置胎盘产妇产后出血的临床效果较好。Objective To investigate the effect of hemabate combined uterine packing in treatment of postpartum hem- orrhage caused by placenta previa cesarean section, Methods 84 cases caesarean placenta previa puerpera in our hos- pital from March 2011 to March 2015,were divided into combined group and the filling yarn group, filling yarn group was only treated with uterine cavity filling yarn surgery,the treatment group combined with hemabate, hemostatic effects were compared between two groups. Results The bleeding amount after treatment 2 h and from 2 to 24 h in com- bination group was significantly lower than that of filled gauze group, the stopping bleeding time in combined group was shorter than that in the filled gauze group, the difference was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemabate combined uterine packing in treatment of placenta previa postpartum hemorrhage have good effect.
