复方鱼腥草合剂联合头孢克洛治疗小儿肺炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析在诊治小儿肺炎过程中应用复方鱼腥草合剂联合头孢克洛颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2014年1月～2015年3月收治的60例住院治疗小儿肺炎的患者病例，分为治疗组和对照组各30例．治疗组在给予一般性常规住院治疗和护理的基础上主要给予复方鱼腥草合剂联合头孢克洛颗粒治疗，然后比较分析两组的临床症状改善情况、临床生化指标变化情况，以及治疗的临床有效率。结果治疗组临床总有效率为93．34％，明显优于对照组的83．33％，χ2值为4．18；60例患儿的临床症状消失情况及实验室数据分析显示，治疗组在显效方面都优于对照组，特别是治疗组的症状缓解平均时间（4．1±1．O）d明显优于对照组（4．9±1．1）d，治疗组实验室指标恢复正常时间（4．5±1．2）d，明显优于对照组（5．3±1．1）d，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方鱼腥草合剂联合头孢克洛颗粒用药在治疗4,JL肺炎方面，对有效改善患者临床症状，缓解病情，促进治愈方面是具有良好的临床效果的，值得临床应用中参考使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound cordate houttuynia mixture combined with cefaclor particles in the diagnosis and treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of hospitalized children with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 was conducted. 60 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group, each with 30 patients. The treatment group received compound cordate houttuynia mixture combined with cefaclor on the basis of general routine hospitalized treatment and nursing care, and then the improvement of the clinical symptoms, the clinical and biochemical indicators changes, and the clin- ical effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group （93.34%） was significantly better than that of the control group（83.33%） and the χ2 was 4.18. In terms of the analysis of the disappearance of clinical symptoms and laboratory physical data of the 60 cases, the obvious effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Especially, the mean time of symptoms remission in the treatment group（4.1 ±1.0）d was significantly better than that in the control group （4.9±1.1）d, and the recovery time of laboratory physical and chemical indicators in the treatment group （4.5±1.2）d was significantly better than that in the control group （5.3±1.1）d. The results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound cordate hout- tuynia mixture combined with cefaclor particles has a good clinical effect in effectively improving the clinical symptoms of patients, alleviating patients＂ condition and promoting curing patients in the treatment of children with pneumonia, and it is worthy of reference in clinical application.
