超声组织弥散定量分析技术评估慢性肾功能不全的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声弹性成像组织弥散定量分析技术评估慢性肾功能不全的应用价值。方法应用超声弹性成像组织弥散定量分析技术对自2014年9月～2015年4月间来我院就诊的健康体检者或经临床确诊的慢性肾功能不全患者肾实质组织弹性特征进行检测及对比分析，主要检测指标包括：应变均值（MEAN）、标准差（SD）、蓝色区域面积百分比（AREA％）、偏度（SKEW）、对比度（CONT）。结果慢性肾功能不全组与对照组比较，应变均值（MEAN）减小、蓝色区域面积百分比（AREA％）及对比度（CONT）参数增高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。慢性肾功能不全组与对照组比较，标准差（SD）、偏度（SKEW）参数比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论慢性肾功不全患者的肾实质组织弹性成像具有一定的特征性，超声弹性成像组织弥散定量分析技术能够为慢性肾功能不全的临床诊治提供有价值的信息。Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic elastography tissue diffuse quantitative analysis technique in evaluating chronic renal insufficiency. Methods The ultrasonic elastography tissue diffuse quantitative analysis technique was used to detect and compare the renal parenchyma tissue elastic characteristics of the healthy examinees and the patients clinically diagnosed with chronic renal insufficiency who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to April 2015. The main detection indicators included mean stress（MEAN）, standard deviation（SD）, area percentage of blue area（AREA%）, skewness（SKEW） and contrast （CONT）. Results Compared with the control group, the chronic renal insufficiency group had reduced MEAN and increased AREA% and CONT, with statistically signifi- cant differences （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the chronic renal insufficiency group did not have statisti- cally different in SD and SKEW（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The renal parenchyma tissue elastography of the patients with chronic renal insufficiency has certain characteristics and the ultrasonic elastography tissue diffuse quantitative analysis technique can provide valuable information for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.
