摘  要:目的:对金果饮的质量标准进行制定。方法:对玄参、西青果、陈皮建立薄层色谱的鉴别方法;采用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量。用Agilent SB C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-6%乙酸溶液(35∶65)为流动相;检测波长为283nm,流速1m L·min^-1。结果:薄层色谱鉴别中,供试品在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显示相同颜色的斑点,斑点清晰,分离效果好,阴性无干扰;含量测定法中,橙皮苷在36.35-726.95ng(r=0.9999,n=5)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.58%(RSD为1.85%)。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,能有效用于金果饮的质量控制。Objective:To establish quality control of Jinguo Yin.Methods:TLC method was used to differentiate scrophulariae radix, terminalia chebula retz.and citri pericarpium reticulatae. HPLC method was used to determine content of hespefidin.C18 column (4.6mm× 250mm, 5μm)was used with methanol and 6% acetic acid (35:65) as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1mL· min^-1,detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results:Samples and controls had the same color fluorescence spots at the same position in the TLC method.Spots were well isolated.ln the HPLC method, linear range was 36.35-726.95ng (r =0.9999, n=5).Average recovery was 98.58%(RSD=1.85%,n=9). Conclusion:The established method was sensitive,accurate, repeatable and specific.It can be used for quality control of Jinguo Yin.
