分光光度法测定红花软胶囊中总黄酮的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立红花软胶囊中总黄酮含量的检测方法。方法：采用UV法,在波长360nm处测定红花软胶囊中总黄酮的含量。结果：用芦丁作对照,在4.657-23.285μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,r=1.0000,平均回收率为97.10%（RSD=1.1%,n=9）。结论：该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于红花软胶囊中总黄酮含量的测定。Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of total flavonoids in Safflower Soft Caplsule. Methods ： The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV at 360nm. Resuhs： The linear range was between4.657-23.285μg/mL with correlation coefficient of r=-0.9995. The average recovery （n=5） and RSD were 97.10% and 1. 1% respectively. Conclusion： The established method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality total flavonoids in Safflower Soft Caplsule.
