辛芷鼻敏胶囊对变应性鼻炎实验大鼠血清IL-1和IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察辛芷鼻敏胶囊对变应性鼻炎(AR)实验大鼠血清IL-1和IL-4表达的影响。方法:卵清蛋白致敏大鼠制作变应性鼻炎大鼠模型。大鼠分成正常组、模型组和辛芷鼻敏胶囊组,术后连续给药10d,测定大鼠血清中IL-1和IL-4水平。结果:与模型组比较,辛芷鼻敏胶囊组显著降低大鼠血清中IL-1和IL-4水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辛芷鼻敏胶囊可以降低IL-1和IL-4水平起到一定的治疗作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Xinzhi Bimin capsule dn the expression of IL-1 ang IL-4 in the experimental allergic rhinitis in rats. Methods：Egg albumin sensitization made rats animal model of allergic rhinitis. Rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group, model group,and Xinzhi Bimin capsule treatment group. Rats were killed to detect the expression of IL-1 and IL-4 by ELISA. Results ：The expression of IL-1 and IL-4 in cortex of Xinzhi Bimin capsule treatment group were lower than those in the model group .Conclusion： The result suggest that Xinzhi Bimin capsule may treat the symptom of allergic rhinitis by decreasing the expression of IL-1 and IL-4.
