摘 要:目的探讨驱虫斑鸠菊注射液雾化吸入辅助治疗硅沉着病Ⅰ期并发肺部感染患者的效果。方法将2014年1月~10月收治100例硅沉着病Ⅰ期患者采用双盲的方法随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,在抗感染治疗的基础上分别采用氨茶碱和驱虫斑鸠菊注射液进行氧驱动雾化吸人,比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,喘息、肺部哮鸣音、肺部湿哕音缓解时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);两组治疗后动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)均较治疗前明显改善,观察组治疗后PaO:高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);观察组有1例心动过速,停药后缓解。对照组有2例心动过速、2例喘憋加重。结论在抗感染治疗的基础上使用驱虫斑鸠菊注射液雾化吸入效果显著,能有效缓解硅沉着病Ⅰ期患者喘息、气促,改善缺氧症状,缩短住院时间,不良反应轻,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of atomizing inhalation with Vernonia anthelmintica (L.) Willd Injection as an auxiliary treatment for the patients with silicosis of stage I combined with pulmonary infection. Methods In this double-blind experiment, 100 patients with silicosis of stage Ⅰ were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of anti-infection treatment, oxygen atomizing inhalation with Aminophylline or Vernonia anthelmintica (L.) Willd Injection was used to control group and observation group respectively. After treatment, the clinical curative effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the relief time of gasp, wheezing, moist rale and the average hospitalization days of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were all statistically significant (all P 〈 0.05). Compared to prior treatment, PaO2 and PaCO2 of post treatment in the two groups were obviously improved; in observation group, PaO2 was higher than that in the control group after treatment, while PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group after treatment, the differences were all statistically significant (all P 〈 0.05). In the observation group, there was one case of taehyeardia, who was relieved after the drug was stopped; in the control group, there were 2 cases of tachycardia and 2 cases of aggravated asthma. Conclusion On the basis of antibiotic therapy, atomizing inhalation with Vernonia anthelmintica (L.) Willd Injection for the patients with silicosis of stage Ⅰ can improve the symptoms of gasp, dyspnea, hypoxia, and shorten the hospitalization time, while the adverse reactions are mild, which indicates that this treatment is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
