摘  要:电力负荷对电压暂降和短时间中断事件(以下称为闪断)非常敏感,对供电可靠性的需求越来越高。针对电网的闪断,分析了出现该现象的原因。距离保护作为输电线路的主保护,不可避免的受到闪断的影响。使用相位比较式的方向阻抗继电器搭建了基于Matlab/Simulink的距离保护模型,验证了三段式距离保护的正确性。介绍了距离保护中各个元件的动作原理以及闪断对各元件的影响,尤其是对启动元件。通过设置不同类型以及不同线路长度的故障,仿真得到电网闪断对相间和接地距离保护的影响。Power loads are sensitive to voltage sags and short interruptions (the following is called flash broken). The demand for reliability of power supply is higher and higher. According to the flash broken of power grid, this paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon. Distance protection as the main protection of transmission line, is inevitably affected by flash broken. The direction of the phase comparator mode impedance relay is used to build Matlab/Simulink distance protection model, and the correctness of the three-stage distance protection is verified. The operation principle of the individual elements and the effect of each component in the protection distance are described, especially for starting element. By setting different types and different lengths of line fault, the different effects of flash broken on distance protection is simulated.
