摘 要:目的探讨脱细胞真皮基质生物补片在腹部切口疝修补术中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年5月,武警北京总队第三医院应用脱细胞真皮基质生物补片对7例不同类型腹部切口疝患者行无张力疝修补术,术后1周开始定期彩色多普勒超声检查,观察其愈合及修补效果。结果随访6~24个月,7例患者均获得满意疗效,无复发、坏死、感染、皮下积液等并发症。结论脱细胞真皮基质生物补片是一种安全有效的组织缺损修复材料,可在无张力腹部切口疝修补术中选择应用。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of acellular dermal matrix in abdominal incisional hernia repair.MethodsFrom January 2010 to May 2013, 7 cases of different types of incisional hernia who were repaired with acellular dermal matrix in the Third Hospital of Beijing Municipal Corps were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were examined with color Doppler in 1 week after operation, to observe the healing and repair efficiency.ResultsAfter a follow-up of 6 to 12 months, all patients were satisfied with the results. No complications such as recurrence, necrosis, infection and seroma were found.ConclusionAcellular dermal matrix is a safe and effective material for tissue repair, can be an alternative in abdominal incisional hernia repair.
