摘　　要：目的探讨经脐部两孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的可行性及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2013年12月至2014年12月,湖北省孝感市中心医院行经脐两孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝122例患者资料,总结手术疗效及术后恢复效果。结果所有患儿均成功完成腹腔镜手术。术前诊断为单侧疝111例,双侧疝11例,术中探查发现对侧疝22例。手术时间10～30 min,平均手术时间单侧15 min,双侧20 min。术后随访4～15个月,1例术后并发鞘膜积液再次手术外,其他患者无复发。术后患儿恢复快,切口无瘢痕。结论经脐部两孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝具有安全、美观、恢复快、术中能够发现对侧疝的好处,值得临床推广,术中应注意预防术后并发症。Objective To explore the feasibility and outcome of trans-umbilical double ports laparoscopic operation in children′s indirect inguinal hernia. Methods122 children with indirect inguinal hernia who underwent trans-umbilical double ports laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation in Xiaogan Central Hospital, from December 2013 to December 2014, were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the clinical outcome.Results All children were successfully completed with the laparoscopic surgery. As preoperative diagnosis, there were 11 cases bilateral hernia and 111 cases of unilateral hernia, in which 22 cases of contralateral hernia were found during the operations. Meanwhile, the operating time ranged from 10 to 30 min, with mean of 15 min and 20 min in unilateral hernia and bilateral hernia, respectively. After 4 to 15 months of follow-up, only 1 cases of hydrocele needed a re-operation, and no recurrence were found. All children recovered rapidly, with no incisional scar.Conclusion Trans-umbilical double ports laparoscopic operation for indirect inguinal hernia in children has the benefits of being safe, cosmetic, rapid recovery and in favor of discovering the occult hernia. This technique is worth clinical promotion, while attentions should be paid to prevent postoperative complications.
