摘 要:近些年世界各国大力研究推广轧制油系统在热轧带钢厂的应用,轧制油的使用能显著地提高热轧带钢的表面质量,同时降低辊耗和能耗,具有显著的企业效益和社会效益。某热轧带钢厂轧制油系统投入使用比较早,系统设计早已不能满足追求质量效益不断提高的工艺要求。本文主要针对轧制油系统的设计缺陷、功能缺失,通过设备改造、技术攻关以及使用策略的研究,来实现轧制油系统的低流量精确稳定控制,提高轧制油的投入率,优化轧制油各机架使用配方,降低轧制油使用成本,实现各机架使用的流量参数和时序配方根据不同钢种的自动设定功能,满足了生产要求。In recent years, countries around the world to research promotion of rolling oil system in the application of hot rolling strip steel mill, The use of rolling oil can significantly improve the surface quality of hot rolled strip, Rile reducing roll consumption and energy consumption, With remarkable enterprise benefits and social benefits.
