摘　　要：目的探讨月经期脱落人子宫内膜在裸鼠腹腔内种植的动态变化。方法采集子宫良性肿瘤(对照组)及子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者月经第2-3天自然脱落的子宫内膜,注入裸鼠腹腔内。分别于注射后24、48和72h取腹腔异位内膜进行HE染色和组织学评分。注射后第8天观察异位内膜种植成活情况。结果两组内膜进入腹腔后总的组织学评分逐渐下降,EM组内膜组织活性高于对照组(P<0.05),EM组内膜种植成活率高于对照组(59.57%vs.25.00%)(P<0.05),且EM组裸鼠腹腔异位病灶面积大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 EM患者月经期子宫内膜在裸鼠腹腔内能较长时间保持活力,易于在腹腔种植成活。Objective To observe the changes of deciduous endometrium of women in menstrual period planted into peritoneal cavity of nude mice .Methods The deciduous endometrium in menstrual period was collected from women with uterine benign tumor （group A ） and those with endometriosis（group B） ,which was planted into peritoneal cavity of nude mice .The peritoneal intima of mice was taken for HE staining and histological score at 24 ,48 and 72 hours after transplantation . The survival of endometrium was evaluated on the 8th day of plantation .Results Total organizational activity scores in two groups were gradually decreased after plantation .The activity and histological score were higher in group B than those in group A （P〈0 .05） .The survival rate（59.57% vs . 25.00% ） of endometrium plantation in peritoneal cavity was higher and the area of ectopic focus in peritoneal cavity was larger in group B than those in group A（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Endometrium of women with endometriosis in menstrual period plantated into peritoneal cavity of nude mice remains survival for a long time and is easier to be successfully planted .
