餐前门冬胰岛素联合睡前甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病口服药治疗效果欠佳的患者改用餐前门冬胰岛素联合睡前甘精胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法选择71例口服药治疗效果欠佳的2型糖尿病患者进行研究,患者采用餐前皮下注射门冬胰岛素联合睡前皮下注射甘精胰岛素治疗,比较治疗前后患者血糖控制情况及胰岛C肽释放功能。结果 71例患者治疗后血糖较治疗前显著下降,空腹、糖负荷后1、2、3h后C-P值显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论口服降糖药效果欠佳的2型糖尿病患者采用餐前皮下注射门冬胰岛素联合睡前皮下注射甘精胰岛素治疗,可显著改善患者血糖控制程度,改善胰岛C肽释放功能。Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of fasting Insulin aspart combined with bedtime glargine for type 2 diabetes patients with poor 0ral treatment. Methods 71 type 2 diabetes patients with poor oral treatment were selected as subjects. All patients were treated with fasting Insulin aspart combined with bedtime glargine. Glycemic control and insulin C-peptide release function were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, blood sugar glucose was lower after treatment （P 〈 0.05）; After treatment, fasting C-P and 1, 2, 3h after the glucose load C-P were significantly higher than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Blood glucose controlling and insulin C-peptide release function are improved with fasting Insulin aspart combined with bedtime Glargine for type 2 diabetes patients with poor oral treatment.
