危重患者护理管理中实施三级访视制度的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨危重患者护理管理中应用三级访视制度的效果观察及临床意义。方法 选用2012年11月～2014年11月期间入住我院的危重患者1120例,将其随机分成两组。对照组患者实施常规护理,在常规护理基础上,为护理组患者实施三级访视制度。对两组患者复查率、护理质量评分、患者提出建议条数以及患者满意度进行对比。结果 护理组患者无论是患者复查率、护理质量评分、患者提出建议条数,还是患者满意度均显著优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论 三级访视制度可以有效提高危重患者护理管理的效果,不但可以提高患者满意度,减少患者的复查率,还能够显著提高患者的护理质量,减少患者建议条数,可见三级访视制度应用于高危患者护理管理中的临床意义显著,值得推广至相关临床中。Objective To explore the effect and clinical significance of three-level visit system in the nursing management of critically ill patients. Methods 1120 critically ill patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were randomly allocated to the control group and the nursing group, with 560 in each. Patients in the control group were received routine nursing while patients in the nursing group were received three-level visit system at the basis of routine treatment. Reexamination rate, nursing quality score, the number of suggestions given by patients and satisfaction degree of patients in two groups were compared. Results Reexamination rate, nursing quality score, the number of suggestions given by patients and satisfaction degree of patients in were all significantly superior to those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Three-level visit system can effectively improve effect of nursing management of critically ill patients. It can not only improve satisfaction degree of patients to reduce their reexamination rate, but also significantly improve nursing quality to reduce the number of. suggestions given by patients. Application of three-level visit system in the nursing management of critically ill patients has significant clinical significance, worthy of clinical promotion.
