摘  要:研究不同透光率(100%、51.2%、39.8%、18.9%、4.5%)对刺五加种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,全光100%(裸地)组刺五加种子的萌发率显著低于遮荫组,遮荫利于种子的萌发,但萌发率在各遮荫组间差异不显著。萌发速率系数在39.8%组最高,萌发指数在18.9%(室外)和39.8%(气候箱)处理组最大,在51.2%(室外)和100%(气候箱)处理组的萌发指数最小。可见强光对种子的萌发有一定的延迟作用,光照对刺五加的生长有显著影响。生长在高中光强下的刺五加幼苗正常生长,生长在低弱光强下的植株生长不良,表现为植株矮小,茎秆细弱,中度的遮荫对刺五加生长没有明显影响,但在严重遮荫下生长受抑制。This paper studied the effects of different shading(100%,51.2%,39.8%,18.9% and4.5% natural light)on the seed germination and seedling growth of Acanthopanax senticosus.The result showed that 100% natural light did not facilitate the germination of Acanthopanax senticosus seed,while shading accelerated the seed germination,difference of germination percentage between the shading groups was not significant.The seed germination coefficient was the highest at 39.8% nataral sunlight.The germination index was the highest at 18.9% natural sunlight in outdoor,and 39.8%natural sunlight in growth chamber.The germination index was the lowest at 51.2% natural sunlight in outdoor,and 100% natural sunlight in growth chamber.Strong light delayed seed germination.Light had a significant impact on the growth of Acanthopanax senticosus.Acanthopanax senticosus seedlings grew well under high light intensity conditions,however,poor growth performance,characterized as small plant and thin stem,was observed under low-light intensity.Moderate shading had no significant effect on the growth of Acanthopanax senticosus,but severe shading suppressed plant growth.
