摘　　要：根据新疆出土的编号为ITJ370的西域古藏文告身文献的最新解读,探讨了吐蕃王朝时期最重要的一项政治制度——告身制度,考察了"军功致富"、"告身制度与虎皮告身并行施行"、"官职与告身对应关系"三个问题,并指出该文献对研究吐蕃社会告身制度与虎皮告身制度的重要性。By interpreting an ancient document of official appointment in Tibetan （Number ITJ370） un-earthed in Xinjiang, this paper discusses the most important political system in the ancient Tibetan kingdom-The System of Offcial Appointments, and examines three problems： how to become rich by military merits;concurrent implementation of the offcial appointing system and award system of granting tiger skin to bravesoldiers; and the corresponding relation＇between offcial posts and official documents of appointment. It furtherelucidates the relevance of this document for studying the above-mentioned systems.
