针刺回阳九针穴对中风后遗症患者血浆ET及NO的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺回阳九针穴对中风后遗症者血浆ET、NO的影响。方法:将84例中风后遗症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组采用针刺回阳九针穴治疗,对照组根据入选病例的实际情况,脑出血病人给予调整血压,维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡,防治感染等。脑梗死病人给予抗血小板聚集、降脂、营养神经、改善脑循环等治疗。结果:治疗后两组"ET"呈下降趋势,治疗组明显降低。与治疗前比较,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组"NO"呈上升趋势,治疗组显著升高,与治疗前比较,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺回阳九针穴可调节血管内皮细胞功能,使痉挛的脑血管舒张,增加脑血流量。Objective ： Watch the effect of stroke sequeae patients＇ plasma ET, NO by acupuncture hui yang ninepin hole. Methods ： The 84 cases of stroke sequelae were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The treatment group received the treatment of acupuncture hui yang nine-pin hole. The control group, according to the actual situation in selected cases, cerebral hemorrhage patients given blood pressure adjustment, maintenance of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance and prevention of infection and so forth. Infarction patients given anti-platelet aggregation, lipid-lowering, neurotrophic, improve cerebral circulation and other treatment. Results ： After treatment, ＂ET＂ downward trend, the treatment group was significantly reduced. Compared with before treatment , statistical analysis , there was a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, ＂NO＂ on the rise, the treatment group was significantly higher compared with before treatment Statistically, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） . After comparison with the control group , statistical＇ analysis , there was a significant difference （P〈0.01） ; After comparison with the control group , statistical analysis , there was a significant difference （P,〈0.01） .Conclusion ： Acupuncture hui yang nine-points hole can regulate endothelial cell function , so spastic cerebral vasodilation , increase cerebral blood flow.
