摘　　要：目的探讨高校体检X线胸透检查的改进办法,为今后实际工作提出建议。方法我院近几年采取的两种X线检查方法(传统胸透检查法和改进法),进行对比分析。结果改进后的X线胸透检查方法所得的阳性率明显高于改进前的阳性率。结论改进的X线胸透检查方法在群检特别是高校体检中有重要的意义。Objective Discuss the method about improving the X-ray checkup in the college physical examination and put forward the suggestion for the future practical work.Methods Two X-ray examination methods in our hospital：traditional method and improved method,to make the comparative analysis of the two results.Results With the improved method,the positive rate is obviously higher than before.Conclusions Improved X-ray checkup method is very important in the group examination especially in that of the college.
